Access: From 11th of April 2011, the self-service functions will be available via the eCampus of Göttingen University only. Use your accountname and password to log-on. Besides the self-service functions, you can use UniVZ, Stud.IP, e-mail and other systems on eCampus. At the moment, only the Self-Service-Functions are availabe in English.
Re-Registering: Pay the semester fee by Direct Debit and you will be automatically re-registered within seven workdays.
Certificates: Print out certificates (matriculation or exmatriculation certificates, for BAföG and the pension fund, the master data sheet, certificate of periods of study). Certificates will be available in english too.
Contact Details: The Registrar's Office needs your current address to contact you. You can use the self-service functions at any time and from any computer that has internet access to update your address as well as your e-mail address and your phone number.
New TAN Lists: Every time you use a self-service function, you will use a transaction number (TAN). You can generate a new TAN list online and print it out.
Your TAN-Lists are also valid for the examinations management system FlexNow.
Please note: You can continue using the self-service functions after your exmatriculation. Please keep your TAN List.
